For faster order support
Include your order number, registered phone number or email address, and a short description of the issue. For a damaged, tampered, expired, missing or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain the product, packaging and shipping label while we review the claim.
Grievance redressal
Consumer complaints may be sent to the contact details above with the subject line “Grievance”. Our designated Grievance Officer will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve the complaint within one month from receipt, in accordance with applicable law.
Privacy requests
To request access, correction, updating or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern, email chettuva@hotmail.com from the address linked to your account or order. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
Safety note
Never send us a card security code, UPI PIN, internet-banking password or one-time password. Chettuva will not ask for these credentials by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp.
